This year’s ALRP From the Heart Annual Reception & Auction was a wonderful success and raised over $177,000 for free legal services for people with HIV/AIDS.
October 15 was a beautiful fall evening, and over 300 guests crowded the Julia Morgan Ballroom to help commemorate ALRP’s 32nd year of service to people living with HIV/AIDS. The reception included time for hors d’oeuvres, wines, socializing, silent and live auctions, and awards to people who have made a lasting difference in the lives of people with HIV/AIDS.
The event was hosted by San Francisco Supervisor David Campos, presented the Clint Hockenberry Leadership Award to Andrew Westley, Esq.; the Attorney of the Year Award to Shawn Matloob, Esq., and the Firm of the Year Award to Perkins Coie LLP.
